Tune In is a three-hour meditative experience guided by Kyla and Dean. It is dynamic and immersive, engaging the body, emotions, and mind. At its core, it invites participants into a deeper presence with the self, held within a shared environment where the many layers of perception can be gently explored and felt.
Through a practical, simple, and light-hearted approach, the experience breaks down conceptual thinking, perception, and felt sensation. Participants are guided to recognise how they interpret and embody their inner world, creating space to move beyond habitual patterns with curiosity and ease.
From this, a natural letting go begins—releasing what no longer serves, while attuning to what truly aligns.
The intention is not just a momentary shift, but the cultivation of a lasting, day-to-day practice of tuning in, supporting greater peace, clarity, and joy.
This 3 hour experience includes meditation , somatic processing , kundalini kriya yoga, breathwork and if we have time , some contemplative journaling.
