1.Book an initial time below 2. You’ll receive a questionnaire 3. I’ll send you further details closer to the appointment regarding location. Session are in person , where possible - i find the ceremony of them to be more potent than online

I recommend at least a 6 week container if you have shit to clear and big goals - as Rome wasnt build in a day .
