The process of working 1 on 1 with me is very seamless.
1.Book a one off or a container below
2. You’ll receive a questionnaire if its our first time together and we’ll work out a time that suits us both perfectly
3. I’ll send you further details closer to the appointment regarding location. Sessions are in person , where possible - i find the ceremony of them to be more potent than online
I recommend at least a 6 week container if you have shit to clear and big goals - as Rome wasn’t build in a day .
