We will feed and activate our personal nectar with both deep tissue release ( YIN postures) and through the pooling and of nourishing of the breath and life force .
Through energizing pranayama and Kundalini Kriya practices to leaving you feeling full and dripping with life juice .
There will be tea and/or a tonic and a journaling session with prompts to close , to move you with intention into the new season.
